Vannes -
Harbour and Cafes

The region is rich in culture - explore the markets, cobbled streets and cafes then wine and dine on authentic French cuisine!
Malestroit is very attractive, with a typically French market and narrow streets. Well worth a visit.
Josselin is extremely pretty. The striking chateau and basilica dominate the town. Tranquil footpath/cycle way beside the canal.
Rochfort-en-Terre glows beautifully with discreet evening lighting that accentuates the Medieval
architecture.  Excellent choice of restaurants.

Vannes is the largest town of the region. The ancient port now provides for more modern boating and sailing requirements and there are lovely coastal resorts, nearby, at
Arradon  and  Conleau.
Closer to home, the
"Lac au Duc" at Ploermel is a beautiful inland resort offering an extensive range of activities including areas for quiet picnics, fitness trails, swimming, golf, sailing and windsurfing.
