TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Payment: You should send half the cost of your holiday with your Booking Form. The balance of payment must reach us no less than 6 weeks before your date of your arrival. However, if there are less than 6 weeks before your date of arrival, full payment must accompany your booking form. Method of Payment is by cheque only, please. We do not accept card payments.
See full information under "Bookings." Loss or Damage Deposit: The Loss or Damage Deposit is required, in cash, on the day you arrive. This will be refunded within one week of your departure, subject to there being no additional costs incurred for professional cleaning, repair or replacement beyond normal wear and tear. Arrival / Departure: You may arrive after 4. 00 pm on the first day of your holiday. The Owners will be there to meet you, show you around and give you keys. The Loss or Damage Deposit (£100 cash )is payable on arrival. You will be given a receipt. The Owners will see you out on the last day of your holiday. You should return the keys and depart by 10. 00 am. Cancellation: If you have to cancel your booking please notify us by telephone and in writing. If cancellation is 6 weeks or more, before your arrival date a refund will be given - less £50 admin. fee. You will be liable for the full cost of the holiday if you cancel less than 6 weeks before your arrival date. (unless we manage to re-let the property.) General: The Owners will not accept liability for any personal injury or loss of life, nor for any theft, loss or damage to personal property during the course of your visit.
The apartment is not suitable for children or pets. The number of guests must not exceed the number stated on the Booking Form.
Guests agree to refrain from smoking in the property.
